Funds deposited by the User from a verified payment method, excluding bonus credits and promotional awards.
Credits awarded by the Company as part of a promotional offer, subject to wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
The total amount a User must wager before Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount.

Processing times are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur during system maintenance periods, on Malaysian public holidays, or where additional verification is required. Tunas4D will not be liable for losses attributable to payment processing delays outside our reasonable control.
Tunas4D reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance review. In such cases, the relevant team will notify the user within 48 hours of the delay and its anticipated duration.

Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to coordinated play across multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to convert bonuses, or collusion with other players — is strictly prohibited. Tunas4D's sports betting odds are set by the Company's sportsbook engine and are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Odds at the time a bet is placed and confirmed constitute the binding odds for that bet, irrespective of subsequent movement.
The Company reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including pricing errors, technical errors, or bets placed after the commencement of a live event through system latency — and to return the staked amount to the user's Real Money Balance. Such void decisions are final.
Users of the Tunas4D platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct. Breach of this clause constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback for a valid, completed deposit constitutes fraudulent conduct. Tunas4D will contest all chargebacks, report them to relevant financial institutions, and permanently close the accounts of users found to have engaged in chargeback fraud.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard KYC and AML checks.
